Up, up and away!

Framing has continued at a blistering pace, with the west and center buildings having been completed and amenity roof work underway. Once completed, the roof deck will include an outdoor kitchen and lounge area, community garden, lawn games, and a fire pit with seating. Plus a couple special treats to the south when mother nature cooperates! When you see it….

What’s next? Framing will continue on the east building, while windows are installed on the west and center buildings. Once framed, lines for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (together, “MEPF”) will be roughed-in at the east building.
